Swindler's Keep

The black market of the City. It is found at the ships on boundaries of the city. It is said that those who cannot pay are pushed overboard and never seen from again. This place is filled with high-grade weapons and items and the prices are not always points.

Bargainer's Walkway

Ships found in the center are filled with honest traders, for those looking for a good bargain, this is the place to find. Planks and other makeshift bridges are placed to connect each good ship. Just be wary, sometimes people get rowdy for cheap items that they rock the boat they stand on. It isn't their fault if you somehow fall off.

The Rolling Tide Tavern

The Rolling Tide Tavern is a huge cruise ship, and is brimming with life. They serve all kinds of people, ranging from thieves and the rich--as long as you pay. Here transactions between clans are made, since the City itself is a neutral zone. In the tavern, there is a quest board where some players claim the quests that many people require done. Though the quests are sometimes far from lawful.
